JOB OVERVIEW

we are not hiring a typical va

we are hiring someone who can get on the phone daily, speak perfect english, and confidently handle real conversations

you will be calling property owners, developers, and decision-makers to qualify projects and move them forward

this is a high call volume role
if you cannot call consistently for hours, do not apply

what you will do:
make a high volume of outbound calls daily
speak clearly and confidently (natural, not robotic)
qualify leads and identify real opportunities
take clean notes and track conversations
follow up until deals move forward
requirements:
near-perfect spoken english (non-negotiable)
strong sales ability (not just reading scripts)
confident on the phone with strangers
consistent, disciplined, and reliable
quiet work environment + stable internet
compensation:

performance bonuses:
$100+ per closed deal (paid after we get paid)

top performers will make significantly more
