JOB OVERVIEW

I am looking for someone to help me take my mold making business to the next level by providing support in the following areas:

Etsy store management - customer support, listings (including descriptions, tags, and photos), order management and fulfillment, invoice/receipt creation
Amazon store creation - I'm looking for someone who has experience taking an amazon shop from initial setup to sale #1 and beyond
entrepreneur's mindset - can you think of new product offerings and help me win on Etsy and Amazon? How do you think about the differences between what I should sell on Etsy versus Amazon versus TikTok shop?
production management - can you help me do all the necessary steps to make sure orders get shipped correctly and on time?
