JOB OVERVIEW

Technical Systems Integrator — GHL / Kajabi / Automation Fixer (Multiple Live Projects)

Work Type: Part-time to start (15–20 hrs/week), with a clear path to full-time for the right person

I run several online businesses under one umbrella (Trend eMarketing Group) that are built, or nearly built, but stuck on technical execution. I'm not technical myself — I need someone who is, and who takes ownership rather than waiting for instructions.

This is not a general VA role. I need someone comfortable diagnosing and fixing systems across:

GoHighLevel (GHL) — workflows, automations, sub-accounts, SMS/email delivery, A2P 10DLC
Kajabi — course hosting and membership platforms
Replit / no-code or low-code app logic
Twilio / SMS delivery systems
Stripe — checkout and billing integration
API and webhook debugging — connecting platforms together and troubleshooting when they don't talk to each other correctly
The First Real Assignment

I have a product called AI Pulse ( ---------- ) — it sends a daily text alert to subscribers. A previous contractor told me it was fully built and working. I signed up as a test subscriber myself and never received a single text. Three days later, the issue turned out to be a phone number/delivery routing problem that should have been caught before it was ever called "done."

Your first task, if hired, will be auditing the AI Pulse SMS delivery pipeline end-to-end — finding why messages aren't reliably delivered, fixing it, and setting up basic monitoring so I know immediately if delivery fails again, rather than finding out three days later as the customer.

Other Projects You'll Help With:

- ---------- — GHL sub-account is mostly configured; need help finalizing the course platform decision (GHL Memberships vs. Kajabi) and completing the build
- Gulf Coast Web Co. — local website business; needs help resolving A2P 10DLC / SMS number routing issues in GHL
- ProReply — AI call answering (with human VA instant support as our competitive edge) and reputation management product for US home service businesses; needs technical build-out support

What I Need From You:

Proven, verifiable experience in at least 2–3 of the platforms above (portfolio, past client work, or certifications welcome)
The habit of testing things yourself as an end user before telling me something is done — this matters more to me than raw tool knowledge

Comfort working independently and flagging problems proactively, not just waiting to be told what's broken

Clear, regular communication — a short end-of-day update (you'll be given a seat in our ROAM virtual office) on what you worked on and what's still open
