American Medical Compliance is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented eLearning Video Editor to produce high-quality, engaging video content for training, marketing, and digital platforms and join our Development Team.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and can manage projects independently. The role focuses on creating engaging, high-quality video content while working with modern editing tools and evolving production workflows.
Job Details:
Schedule: Mondays to Fridays; 8 AM to 5 PM Mountain Standard Time
Work type: Full-time; Work from Home set-up

Key Responsibilities
• Edit and produce high-quality video content using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Create and manage AI-generated videos using Synthesia or similar platforms
• Enhance videos with motion graphics, animations, transitions, sound design, and visual effects
• Adapt content for multiple formats: social media, websites, e-learning modules, ads, and corporate training
• Collaborate remotely with cross-functional teams to align with brand guidelines and creative direction
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of all video outputs
• Handle revisions efficiently based on stakeholder feedback
• Organize and maintain project files and assets for scalability and reuse
Requirements
• 3–5 years of professional experience in video editing or post-production
• Advanced proficiency in:
o Adobe Premiere Pro
o Adobe After Effects
o Synthesia or similar AI video tools
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and composition
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently
• Experience with multilingual or localized content production
• Familiarity with AI tools and automated video workflows
• Background in corporate, healthcare, compliance, or e-learning content
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator)
Preferred Qualification (not required but a PLUS)
• Proficiency in Spanish and/or French (reading, editing subtitles, or voice sync)
