Hadley Designs is seeking a Virtual Executive to support core operational functions across the business. This role is designed for dependable, detail-oriented support professionals who thrive in structured environments and take ownership of clearly defined responsibilities.

You will own specific processes within one or more functional areas and be trusted to execute them accurately, consistently, and on time with minimal oversight. This role emphasizes reliability, follow-through, and clear accountability within defined responsibilities.

Over time, you will also contribute to improving workflows and documentation within your scope, helping strengthen operational consistency as the business grows.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Depending on your background and strengths, responsibilities may include:
- Customer support and order management
- Account health monitoring and basic reporting
- Inventory tracking and light supply chain coordination
- Data entry, reconciliation, and system updates
- Basic accounting or finance support
- Maintaining SOPs and internal documentation
- Executing assigned processes accurately and consistently while identifying issues early and proposing solutions
