JOB OVERVIEW

Hi — I'm Ricco, founder of ThrivingMoms ( ---------- ).

ThrivingMoms is a Shopify print-on-demand brand selling apparel, mugs, and lifestyle products for moms. We're a small, focused brand with a clear identity — not a generic POD store. Every product carries a specific phrase and emotional tone that speaks directly to our customer.

I'm looking for a reliable VA to help run the day-to-day operations of the store so I can focus on strategy, product development, and marketing.

This is a long-term part-time role. If you do great work and the brand grows, your hours grow with it.

WHAT YOU'LL DO EACH WEEK:

- Check Shopify orders daily — flag any issues or fulfillment delays
- Monitor and reply to customer emails within 4 hours (templates provided)
- Upload new product listings to Shopify using our exact naming and SEO format
- Coordinate with Printify/Printful to ensure products are synced correctly
- Manage Etsy listings — add new digital products, update tags and descriptions
- Schedule 3 social media posts per week using our approved content calendar
- Send a brief weekly performance summary every Friday (orders, revenue, issues)

WHAT I NEED FROM YOU:

- Direct experience with Shopify Admin (not just "familiar with" — you need to have done it)
- Experience with Printify OR Printful — product syncing, variants, fulfillment monitoring
- Experience managing an Etsy seller account
- Strong written English — you will be writing customer replies in our brand voice
- Organized and self-directed — I don't want to chase you for updates
- Available during US morning or afternoon hours (overlap with CST preferred)
- Reliable internet connection and consistent availability

- Pinterest scheduling experience
- Klaviyo or email marketing familiarity
- Experience with a lifestyle, apparel, or POD brand specifically

WHAT THIS IS NOT:

- This is not a general VA role. If you haven't worked with Shopify and POD before, please don't apply.
- This is not a social media manager role. Content creation is not the primary job.
- This is not a short-term project. I'm looking for someone who wants to grow with the brand.

DETAILS:

Rate: $5–7/hr depending on experience
Hours: 10–15 hrs/week to start
Schedule: Flexible, with some overlap with US Central Time preferred
Trial: Paid 3-day trial task before full commitment
