JOB OVERVIEW

Our remote team is growing, and we’re looking for a reliable, motivated and detail-focused eCommerce Virtual Assistant who wants to build a lasting career with us.

We’re an agency based in the Philippines, running the day-to-day operations of eCommerce brands for clients across the globe. This role is a great fit for someone who takes their work seriously, picks things up fast, owns their tasks, and wants to grow real skills in the online selling industry.

Fair warning: this is a busy role. Since we handle several client accounts at once, no two days look the same. Some days bring a long list of tasks, last-minute changes, tight turnarounds and priorities that shift quickly.

We need someone who stays organized, follows processes carefully, works well under pressure, and keeps the quality of their work high even when things get hectic.

If you’re proactive, dependable and comfortable working on your own, this could be the long-term opportunity you’ve been looking for.

Role Details

-Start date: As soon as possible
-Shift: Graveyard, Philippine time
-Work days: Monday to Friday
-Weekends: Off
-Type: Full-time, long-term

From time to time, you may need to work extra hours for urgent client requests, key deadlines or time-sensitive updates. This won’t happen every day, but being flexible matters in a fast-paced eCommerce setting.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll support the daily operations of several eCommerce brands. Your work may include:

-Running and maintaining Shopify, WooCommerce and Amazon stores
-Building, editing and optimizing product listings
-Researching products, competitors and market trends
-Helping with customer support and order handling
-Updating websites and handling general admin work
-Supporting marketing and content tasks
-Designing simple graphics and marketing visuals in Canva
-Making basic layout and design improvements to websites
-Using ChatGPT and other AI tools to work faster and more accurately
-Following our systems, SOPs, checklists and instructions
-Juggling tasks across multiple client accounts
-Replying quickly to task updates and requests during your shift
-Keeping work organized and on time during heavy periods

As you prove your reliability and build experience, you’ll take on more: handling client accounts more independently and working on bigger, higher-value projects.

Bonus Skills (Not Required)

-Shopify experience
-Canva or basic graphic design skills
-A good eye for clean layouts and visual presentation
-Experience with ChatGPT or other AI tools
-Basic video editing in CapCut
-Background in virtual assistance, eCommerce, customer service or admin work

Experience isn’t everything.
We care more about discipline, attitude, consistency, honesty and reliability than years on a resume. We can teach the technical side, but the right mindset and commitment have to come from you on day one.

Pay and Growth

-Monthly salary: ₱25,000 to ₱30,000
-Monthly performance incentive: ₱5,000 to ₱8,000
