JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for an ambitious and experienced E-commerce Operations Manager to help scale one of our growing international e-commerce brands.

In this role, you'll be responsible for bringing structure to our operations, optimizing processes, and ensuring our team performs at its highest level every day. You'll oversee the daily operations of the brand, coordinate projects, manage priorities and deadlines, and act as the link between Marketing, Creative, Customer Support, and Operations.

We're looking for someone who takes ownership, enjoys building efficient systems, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Experience with process optimization, automation, AI tools, and team coordination is a strong advantage.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of e-commerce experience

Strong organizational and planning skills

Experience managing or coordinating a team

Excellent communication skills

A proactive, independent, and hands-on mindset

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Ability to stay organized and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment

Interest in process optimization, automation, and AI

Strong sense of ownership and accountability

Highly motivated, eager to learn, and committed to continuous improvement
