About the work
We are hiring one person for two things: building product listings from spreadsheet templates, and researching the product information that goes into them.

Most of your day is spent in Excel and Google Sheets. You get a template and a list of products, and you fill it in correctly. When information is missing, you go find it online. Accuracy matters more than speed. One wrong measurement goes straight onto a live listing.

This is a long term position.

What you will do
- Build and update product listings using provided Excel and Google Sheets templates
- Fill in titles, attributes, specifications, and other required fields
- Research product information online when data is missing or unclear
- Compare multiple sources and record where the information came from
- Flag anything you cannot confirm instead of guessing
- Keep data consistent across large batches of products

Requirements
- Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills. You are comfortable with filtering, sorting, VLOOKUP or XLOOKUP, and finding duplicates in a large sheet
- Solid online research skills. You can find a product spec and verify it against a second source
- Careful attention to detail with numbers, model names, and measurements
- Reliable attendance and good time management
- Basic written English
- Able to work independently from home with stable internet

Preferred
- eBay experience, especially listing creation or bulk uploads
- Amazon Seller Central or other marketplace experience
- Previous product listing or product research work
- Experience with bulk upload templates or flat files

Work schedule
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM US Pacific Time (12:00 AM to 8:30 AM Philippine Time), with a 30 minute break
- 40 hours per week

Pay and terms
- $3.00 per hour, paid through Wise, on schedule
- 3 month probation. After successful completion the rate may be increased, based on accuracy, output, and attendance
