I'm Jacob, an Australian entrepreneur running three growing brands from Adelaide, South Australia.
Internet-Connection is a performance marketing agency working with eCommerce brands across Meta Ads, Klaviyo email marketing, and content production.

Tumbl Bear is an award-winning Australian toddler safety hat brand (NAPPA Award Winner, INPAA-certified) sold online to parents across Australia.

Shader Australia is a beach lifestyle eCommerce brand built around a compact, portable face-shade product — currently expanding internationally.

This role will support all three businesses, giving you exposure to real eCommerce brands at different stages of growth. If you're a fast learner who loves content, design, and helping customers — this is for you.

The Role
We're looking for a reliable, creative, and detail-oriented eCommerce Growth Assistant to join our remote team. You'll wear a few hats across the week, covering:
???? eCommerce Customer Support

Responding to customer enquiries via email and social media DMs
Managing order questions, tracking updates, and basic after-sales support
Maintaining a professional, friendly tone across all three brands

???? Social Media Management

Scheduling and posting content across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
Writing captions and hashtags aligned to each brand's voice
Monitoring comments, engaging with followers, and reporting on performance

???? Graphic Design

Creating social media posts, stories, and ad creatives in Canva (or Adobe)
Adapting templates across brands while keeping each one visually consistent
Designing product banners, promotional graphics, and UGC overlays

???? Email Marketing Design

Building and formatting email campaigns in Klaviyo
Laying out newsletters, promotions, and flow emails using brand templates
Basic copywriting and image sourcing for campaigns

???? Reels & Ad Content Editing

Editing short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikToks, and Meta Ads
Adding captions, music, transitions, and overlays
Working with UGC footage and raw content provided by creators

What We're Looking For

At least 1–2 years experience in a social media, design, or eCommerce support role
Strong Canva skills (Adobe is a bonus)

Comfortable with video editing tools — CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar

Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, or Meta Ads Manager is highly regarded

Excellent written English — you'll be communicating with Australian customers

Self-managed, organised, and able to work independently with clear briefs

Reliable internet connection and your own equipment
