About Moon Nude
Moon Nude is a fast-growing direct-to-consumer brand selling beautifully designed, handmade products — makeup bags, hair tool bags, duffels, backpacks and more. Our primary market is the United States, alongside a growing international presence. We're building an in-house creative team and moving off agencies, and this role designs the static creative that stops the scroll and sells — plus the brand visuals that keep us looking premium.

The Role
You design static ad creative that converts — image ads, carousels, and concepts for paid social (primarily Meta) — plus supporting brand and marketing visuals. Working from a creative strategist's briefs inside a creative pod, you'll produce a high volume of statics and iterate fast on what's winning. Our brand looks soft and premium, but our best ads are often punchy and direct — you'll know when to use which.

What You'll Do
• Design high-performing statics: single-image ads, carousels, and ad concepts for Meta and other channels.
• Iterate at volume: produce variations and fresh iterations of winning statics, quickly.
• Support the wider brand: landing-page, email, and organic visuals as needed.
• Protect the brand: keep everything on-brand and premium, while nailing sharp DR executions when they win.
• Move fast: turn briefs around quickly and iterate from performance feedback.

What We're Looking For
• eCom/DTC static portfolio: ad design that performed, ideally with performance context.
• Craft: excellent typography, layout, and composition.
• Tools: fluent in Figma and Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Range: clean premium brand work and aggressive direct-response statics, with the judgment to know which to deploy.
• Fast and high-volume: you ship a lot without dropping quality.
• Remote-ready: self-managing, reliable, with strong English.

Nice to Have

• Basic motion / video editing.
• Packaging or broader brand design experience.
• Comfort with AI design tools.

The Details
• Type: Full-time.
• Location: Fully remote. With reasonable overlap with US working hours (our primary market is the US).
• Compensation: performance-based — a base plus a bonus for every creative you produce that scales.
• Portfolio: required — please share past work, ideally ads that performed, not just a showreel.
