JOB OVERVIEW

We run multiple Shopify stores across US and EU markets and need a Finance Manager who can take full ownership of our finance reporting, reconciliations, and profit tracking.

You must be able to:

Prepare accurate daily ecommerce P&L reports using Shopify sales, Meta ad spend, COGS, refunds, chargebacks, payment fees, and fulfillment costs
Reconcile Shopify payouts, PayPal transactions, refunds, disputes, held funds, and chargebacks
Track profit, cash flow, store performance, product performance, payout issues, missing costs, and profit leaks
Create clear reports with numbers, issues, explanations, and action points
Spot errors and reporting problems before they become bigger issues

Reporting needed:

Daily P&L report per store
Daily cash flow and payout status
Daily sales, ad spend, COGS, refunds, and net profit summary
Weekly store and product performance report
Weekly refund, dispute, chargeback, and payout issue report
Monthly finance summary with profit trends, cash flow, key issues, and recommendations
