We’re looking for a Direct Response Copywriter who can blend persuasive psychology with compelling storytelling to create high-converting advertorials, listicles, and sales page copy for Replo and Funnelish.
This role is central to how we scale brands. You’ll be responsible for researching, angling, and writing the narrative flow that bridges the gap between ad creative and purchase, driving measurable performance improvements (CTR, CVR, and ROAS).
If you’re someone who loves the psychology behind persuasion—hooks, open loops, objection handling, emotional storytelling, and CTA positioning—and you can take a concept from a rough angle to a polished, high-retention piece of content, this role is for you.
You’ll collaborate daily with designers, creative strategists, and media buyers, translating performance insights into written experiences that sell.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Write engaging, high-retention advertorials and listicles that "pre-sell" cold traffic and warm them up before they reach the product offer.
Craft long-form sales page copy for Funnelish and Replo pages, ensuring every headline, subhead, and bullet point is optimized for conversion.
Conduct deep customer research to identify pain points, desires, and unique angles that differentiate our brands from competitors.
Implement best practices in direct-response writing — strong hooks, curiosity gaps, social proof integration, and urgency elements.
Collaborate with the design team to ensure your copy layout is visually digestible (knowing when to use a subhead vs. a caption vs. a body paragraph).
Perform A/B testing on headlines, leads (the first 20% of the page), and CTAs to lower CPA and increase AOV.
Monitor performance data (time on page, click-through rate to checkout) and iterate copy based on analytics feedback.
Maintain distinct brand voices for different clients while ruthlessly optimizing for conversions.
Stay ahead of direct-response trends, viral news hooks, and evolving compliance standards for ad networks (Meta/TikTok/Native).
SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
New advertorial and sales angles launched weekly that perform at or above benchmark CVR.
High "Read-Through Rates" and strong Click-Through Rates (CTR) from pre-sell pages to offer pages.
Smooth collaboration between copy, design, and paid teams to get funnels launched quickly.
Data-informed iteration and rapid testing cycles (killing losers quickly, scaling winners).
