Mission: To keep our eCommerce engine running smoothly by coordinating product launches, uploads, and site content with high precision and strong follow-through—so our storefronts stay accurate, on-brand, and on schedule.
Key Outcomes
- Monitor and manage all eCommerce-related tasks end-to-end, ensuring timely follow-up with the team and leadership until completion
- Actively monitor eCommerce-related questions or issues raised via Slack or
- Maintain and monitor Airtable to ensure product upload statuses are accurate, deadlines are visible, and projects stay on schedule
- Oversee the product upload process across platforms, ensuring each product has complete and correct copy, imagery, and required assets before publishing
- Identify gaps proactively (missing copy, missing images, incomplete data, unclear approvals), coordinate ownership, and resolve blockers before launch dates are impacted
- Ensure accurate and timely image and copy uploads across all eCommerce platforms, including QA for formatting, spelling, links, and brand consistency
- Coordinate the copywriting workflow (draft ? review ? approval), ensuring product copy is completed and approved ahead of deadlines
- Coordinate promotions, banners, and on-site content updates, ensuring assets are briefed, created, approved, and ready in advance of launch
- Support the eCommerce team with miscellaneous operational and administrative tasks as needed, especially during heavy launch periods
- Work independently with a high level of productivity, efficiency, and attention to detail, escalating risks early and proposing solutions
Other Regular Responsibilities
- Utilize data and research to evaluate campaign performance, identifying key insights and providing actionable recommendations
- Maintain a well-organized and up-to-date repository of marketing assets (both internal as well as from competitors), such as graphics, promotional materials, and social media posts, ensuring easy access for the marketing team
- Assist the Marketing Director with various marketing-related tasks as needed
Who You Are
- 1–3 years of experience in eCommerce operations, digital operations, marketing operations, or a project coordination role (consumer products preferred)
- Highly organized with strong follow-through—you close loops and keep work moving
- Excellent attention to detail; you catch errors before they become customer-facing
- Strong written communication skills and comfort coordinating across multiple stakeholders
- Proficient with Airtable (or similar tools), Slack, and cloud-based docs; able to learn new platforms quickly
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented; you don’t wait to be told what to do
