JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our team and help Capital City Commerce scale its eCommerce operations.

This role is focused on executing and managing structured, repeatable tasks that keep our product catalog organized, optimized, and running efficiently across multiple marketplaces including Amazon, Walmart, eBay, TikTok Shop, and Shopify.

You will play a critical role in helping us scale by creating product bundles, managing listings across channels, and supporting inventory and fulfillment workflows.

We provide clear SOPs, Loom videos, and structured processes for all tasks. Success in this role comes down to attention to detail, consistency, and ability to follow systems accurately.

We expect this role to require approximately 20–30 hours per week with the potential for growth over time.

Responsibilities:
--Amazon Virtual Bundles
--Create and manage product bundles using existing products
--Continuously expand bundle combinations based on guidelines
--Cross-Channel Listing Management
--Take existing product listings and replicate them across additional marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Shopify, TikTok)
--Ensure consistency in titles, descriptions, images, and attributes
--Catalog Maintenance
--Identify and fix listing issues such as missing information, incorrect data, or duplicates
--Maintain a clean and organized product catalog
--Inventory & Fulfillment Support
--Track inventory levels across marketplaces based on predefined thresholds and report weekly
--Flag products that need replenishment based on defined thresholds
--Set up FBA, FBT, and WFS shipments in each platform
--Generate and organize shipping labels for fulfillment
--Process Execution
--Follow documented SOPs and workflows precisely
--Suggest improvements to processes when opportunities are identified

Requirements:
--Strong attention to detail (critical for success in this role)
--Ability to follow step-by-step processes consistently
--Organized and process-driven mindset
--Strong written English communication skills
--Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
--Comfortable using Google Sheets / Docs
--Experience with e-commerce seller portals such as Amazon Seller Central, Etsy Shop Manager, and others (preferred)
--Comfortable with Canva or basic image editing tools (preferred)

Nice to Have:
--Experience with e-commerce seller portals such as Amazon Seller Central, Etsy Shop Manager, and others

--Experience working with product listings or catalog management
