JOB OVERVIEW

E-Commerce Listing & Marketplace Specialist Wanted

I’m looking for a confident, experienced, self-motivated e-commerce professional to help completely rebuild and expand my online product presence.

I currently have approximately 125 unique products that need to be professionally optimized and distributed across multiple sales channels.

Initial Project

The first phase will include:

Completely redo and optimize approximately 125 Amazon product listings
Create premium-quality listing content, including titles, descriptions, bullet points, keywords, and enhanced product presentation
Take the completed product content and implement it on my website: ----------
Create and/or optimize corresponding listings for eBay
Create and/or optimize corresponding listings for Etsy
Build a professional Shopify store featuring these products
Ensure product information, images, variations, pricing, and other details are accurate and consistent across platforms
Future Inventory Integration

Looking ahead to 2027, I want to develop a system where these sales channels can ultimately pull and synchronize inventory from my Amazon FBA inventory, minimizing the need to manually manage inventory across multiple platforms.

This will be a long-term project rather than simply a one-time listing job.

Marketing & SEO — Future Opportunity

Once the stores and listings are rebuilt and operating properly, I’m also interested in working with someone who can take on ongoing SEO and digital marketing to drive qualified traffic and increase sales across these channels.

The goal is to build a scalable, professional e-commerce operation—not simply upload products and walk away.

Who I’m Looking For

I need someone who is:

Experienced with Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Shopify, and e-commerce
A confident self-starter
Able to work independently with minimal guidance
Extremely detail-oriented
Efficient and organized
Comfortable managing a large number of products
Experienced with product listing optimization and SEO
Able to identify problems and find solutions without needing constant direction
Interested in building a long-term working relationship

My products are very unique, and I believe there is significant potential to substantially increase sales by improving the way they are presented, marketed, and distributed online.

I’m looking for someone who sees the opportunity and can take ownership of the project.

Performance-Based Opportunity

I’m also open to discussing meaningful bonuses tied directly to measurable increases in sales resulting from your work.

If you can demonstrate that your efforts are producing real, measurable growth, I have no problem rewarding that success accordingly.
