JOB OVERVIEW

**Pay:** $2.00–$2.75 USD/hour
**Hours:** Part-time, 10–12 hours per week to start
**Potential for more hours based on performance and store growth**

I am looking for a Virtual Assistant to help me build and grow my eBay and TikTok Shop accounts. Both accounts are very new, so I need someone who has experience working with stores starting from zero.

**eBay Responsibilities:**

* Research profitable products with proven demand
* Analyze sold history, competition, pricing, fees, and estimated profit
* Use ZIK Analytics, Terapeak, or similar research tools
* Find reliable suppliers
* Create and optimize listings
* Monitor inventory and pricing
* Assist with order processing and tracking
* Help develop a strategy to grow a new eBay account
* Follow eBay policies

**TikTok Shop Responsibilities:**

* Research trending and high-potential products
* Analyze competitors and successful products
* Use Kalodata, Shoplus, Google Trends, or similar tools
* Create and optimize product listings
* Help identify products with strong sales potential
* Assist with store management
* Help develop a strategy to grow a brand-new TikTok Shop from zero sales

I am just starting these businesses, so my current budget is $2.00–$2.75/hour. I would like to start with approximately 10–12 hours per week.

If your work is consistent and I see good progress and results, I am open to increasing your hours, pay, and responsibilities as the stores grow.
