JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented eBay Product Listing & Inventory Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience managing eBay stores, handling product listings, processing returns, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities:
Create and optimize product listings on eBay (titles, descriptions, pricing, images)
Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure products are always up-to-date
Handle customer support & returns and exchanges professionally and efficiently
Restock inventory and coordinate updates within the system
Ensure all listings comply with eBay policies and best practices
Track and report listing performance and inventory status
Communicate with the team regarding stock levels, issues, and improvements

Requirements:
Required: Proven experience managing eBay listings and store operations
Strong understanding of eBay listing optimization, and policies
Experience with inventory management systems or spreadsheets
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to handle returns and customer issues professionally
Strong written English communication skills
Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely

Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with eCommerce workflows
Basic image editing skills (for product photos)
Experience working with international teams
