JOB OVERVIEW

Type: Full-time (40 hrs/week)
Timezone: Must cover US Central (at least 4–6 hrs overlap)
Pay: $4–$6/hr Depending on Experience + performance bonuses
Start: ASAP (1-week paid trial first)

Role (what you do)
*You make every watch live fast and handle frontline messages. Speed and accuracy win. CRM management and Data entry as well.

Core responsibilities
* Create & maintain listings on: our website, eBay, Chrono24, Facebook, etc.
* Publish within 24 hours of intake (photos + full specs + pricing + SEO).
* Photo workflow: rename files by SKU, crop/level, upload 10 angles (macro lens shots, full set, natural + lightbox).
* Pricing & upkeep: apply markdown plan at Day 7/14/21; kill/relist stale inventory; update status when sold.
* Customer support: reply to buyer questions (website/eBay/Chrono24/IG/Email/SMS,) using templates; route hot leads to the closer.
* Order admin: send invoices, share tracking with customers, coordinate RMAs and manage internal inventory count.
* Data hygiene: update inventory sheet (SKU, Brand, Reference number, Cost, Ask, True-Net, Status, Days-to-Cash); tag leads in CRM.

Tools you must know:
*eBay Seller Hub, Chrono24 Dealer Portal
*Website CMS (Squarespace and Go High Level)
*Google Drive/Photos (This is where you'll access our photos)
*Google Sheets
*CRM (Go High Level preferred; WatchTrack CRM-(we'll teach you)
*WhatsApp/IG/Facebook ---------- , Gmail

Skills that matter
*Excellent written English (clear, concise, no fluff).
*Detail-obsessed (titles/specs/refs must be exact).
*Fast multitasker; can follow Standard Operating Procedures without drift.
*Comfort with numbers (pricing, fees, margins- we will also teach)
*Reliable internet + backup power/connection.

Preferred Skills (Optional, but nice to have!)
*Watch marketplace experience (eBay/Chrono/WatchCharts/Chrono24).
*Basic comping/pricing familiarity (sold listings, fees, net).
*FedEx label workflows, RMA coordination.

KPIs (your scorecard)
*% of watches listed <24h: ? 90%
*Photo SOP compliance: 100% (12 required angles)
*Median first response time: < 5 minutes (eBay/Chrono/Website/Email/SMS)
*Return rate: < 2%
*Listing error rate (title/spec/price): < 1%

Schedule
*5 days/week. Must cover at least 4 hours during 9am–6pm US Central.
*Remaining hours flexible. Weekend rotation possible.

Compensation
*$4–$6/hr based on experience (Performance Bonus Each Month Possible)
*$50 Monthly Bonus for Hitting All KPI's
