JOB OVERVIEW

We run a dropshipping business with multiple stores in different countries. We are looking for long-term employees to join our team. There is a great deal of growth opportunity for those that consistently make a positive contribution to our company. We are seeking great candidates that will help us turn email into one of our biggest revenue channels — with creativity, sharp copy, and a structured approach.

This is an Email Marketing role where you will own the full email & SMS lifecycle across multiple stores — flows, campaigns, segmentation, and reporting. The role becomes very straightforward once you understand our brand personas and the rhythm of each store.
MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF THESE PLATFORMS:

Klaviyo (email & SMS automation — non-negotiable)

Shopify (eCommerce platform)

Slack (communication channel)

ChatGPT (for prompts + copywriting support)

DeepL (for translation)

Canva or Figma (for email design)

Google Sheets (for reporting)
Responsibilities:

Building, auditing, and optimizing the core flows for each store (Welcome, Abandoned Checkout, Browse Abandonment, Post-Purchase, Win-Back, Sunset, Replenishment).

Planning and executing a weekly campaign calendar per store, localized per market.

Writing on-brand copy that matches each store's persona and target audience (women 45+).

Segmentation, list hygiene, and deliverability management (warm-up, sender reputation, suppression).

A/B testing subject lines, sender names, content, and send times — and documenting what works.

Pulling weekly performance reports per store into Google Sheets (revenue per email, flow performance, list growth, placed-order rate, unsubscribe rate).

Coordinating with the CS team on recurring customer feedback that should influence campaigns.

Owning email as a meaningful revenue contributor — the benchmark we expect is 20%+ of store revenue.
We will provide you with:

SOPs and brand guidelines per store

Persona briefs and brand assets

Access to all Klaviyo and Shopify accounts

A team lead to answer all your questions
Applicant needs to:

Speak fluent English, both written and verbally — your copy is the product, so writing has to be excellent.

Minimum 4 years of experience in eCommerce email marketing, ideally inside Shopify + Klaviyo environments.

Have a demonstrable track record of email driving 15%+ of store revenue (be ready to show numbers).

Be available for and open to team calls.

Be organized, motivated, analytical, and willing to learn and grow.

Available to join immediately.

Available for a minimum of 40 hours per week once you are asked to start working full-time. We will start with a two-week trial and then turn from part-time to full-time.

This means that in the ideal situation you are currently not working for other full-time jobs.
We don't want any sloppiness in what goes out to our list. Examples of what we want to avoid:

sending the same campaign twice

broken merge tags or wrong product images

off-brand tone of voice

flows triggering on the wrong segments
