JOB OVERVIEW

Advertising Graphic Designer (Thumbnail, Social & Marketing Assets)

We are a fast-growing digital media agency producing high-end YouTube content, digital campaigns, and high-impact visual media for brands, creators, and organizations.

We are looking for an exceptional, highly skilled Advertising Graphic Designer who understands digital marketing psychology, visual hierarchy, high-CTR YouTube packaging, and conversion-focused design.

You will be crafting visual assets that stop the scroll, drive clicks, and elevate brand identities across YouTube, social media, and digital ad campaigns.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- YouTube Thumbnail Design: Design high-CTR, scroll-stopping thumbnails optimized for viewer psychology, color contrast, and mobile readability.
- Social Media & Ad Creatives: Create engaging visual assets, graphics, carousels, and ad creatives for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Brand & Marketing Assets: Produce landing page graphics, social banners, lead magnets, and promotional media that align with high-end brand guidelines.
- Rapid Iteration & Testing: Quickly produce and test design variations based on feedback, CTR performance data, and campaign objectives.

REQUIREMENTS (MUST HAVE):
1. Proven Skill & Track Record: Demonstrated hands-on design skill with a powerful portfolio showcasing high-CTR YouTube thumbnails, social graphics, and digital advertising assets.
2. Mastery of Design Software: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma (Pixelmator Pro or similar advanced suites accepted if workflow and output quality are top-tier).
3. Design Psychology: A deep understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, emotional triggers, and what makes a user click or convert.
4. Fast & Efficient Workflow: Ability to turn around polished, high-impact design assets quickly without sacrificing quality.
5. Reliable Tech Setup: High-end design workstation and reliable high-speed internet for seamless file sharing, asset rendering, and cloud collaboration.
6. Fluent English Communication: Ability to understand creative briefs, interpret feedback, and collaborate smoothly with editors and strategists.

WORK STRUCTURE:
- Position: Full-Time or High-Volume Project Retainer
