## Chargeback & Dispute Specialist (Shopify & PayPal) – Part-Time | Commission-Based

We run an e-commerce brand through Shopify and are looking for someone experienced in handling chargebacks and disputes through both **Shopify and PayPal**.

Your main responsibility will be to review, prepare, and submit strong dispute responses, with the goal of winning as many chargebacks as possible.

**Payment:**
- Commission-based: **7.5% of the full order value for every chargeback you successfully win.**
- Some orders are worth $120 or more, so commissions can add up.
- This is a part-time position, as our chargeback volume varies and is relatively low.

**Requirements:**
- Experience handling Shopify and PayPal chargebacks.
- Knowledge of how to gather evidence and build strong dispute cases.
- Ability to manage deadlines and submit responses on time.
- A proven track record of winning chargeback disputes is a big plus.

We're looking for someone reliable who knows how to maximize dispute win rates.
