Digital Marketing Specialist for UK Spa & Beauty Brand (PPC, SEO, Meta Ads & Local SEO)

We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing beauty business long-term.

We own an established spa and beauty salon in the UK that has been operating successfully for 9 years, and we are now expanding into new locations. We are looking for someone with strong experience in:

Google Ads / PPC
SEO
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Google Business Profile / Google Maps ranking (Local SEO)
Local service-based business marketing
Beauty, aesthetics, wellness, salon, or clinic marketing experience preferred
About the Role

Your main focus will be helping us generate high-quality bookings and leads while improving ROAS, visibility, and overall marketing performance.

You will be responsible for:

Managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns
Running and improving Meta ad campaigns
Improving Google Maps / Google Business Profile rankings
Local SEO optimization
Keyword research and competitor analysis
Landing page and conversion optimization suggestions
Tracking and reporting performance
Helping scale campaigns profitably
What We’re Looking For

You should:

Have proven results with PPC and Meta Ads
Understand lead generation for local businesses
Have experience ranking businesses on Google Maps / local search
Be highly analytical and data-driven
Have experience with beauty/spa/aesthetic brands (preferred)
Be proactive and able to suggest improvements
Have good English communication skills
Be reliable and looking for a long-term opportunity
Bonus Points If You Have Experience With:
Google Tag Manager
Google Analytics
Conversion tracking
GBP optimization
Local citation building
Review generation strategies
Creative ad strategy
Funnel optimization
Long-Term Opportunity

This role has strong long-term growth potential.

Alongside our spa business, we are planning to launch a marketing agency focused specifically on clinics and beauty businesses in Australia. The successful candidate may eventually help manage client campaigns for this agency as we grow.
