JOB OVERVIEW

We're a small U.S.-based digital agency managing marketing for business-to-business clients — think financial services, data science, commercial AV products, etc.. We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented designer and video editor to join our workflow on an ongoing basis.

**What You'll Be Doing**

- Creating social media graphics (single images and carousels) for two B2B brands on a recurring monthly schedule
I will provide the content for the graphics - largely text with design elements/photography for visual interest

- Occasional document design and infographic creation (sell sheets, information visualization graphics, resource documents, etc.)

- OPTIONAL: Editing long-form video into short-form video clips for social media using Descript or Opus Clips

**This Role May Be a Good Fit If You...**

- Have been doing this for at least 2–3 years and have a portfolio that shows it

- Understand the difference between B2B and B2C design - our clients' audiences are executives and professionals, not consumers

- Know how to work within a brand guide and stay consistent across deliverables without being reminded

- Can manage your own time and hit deadlines without being chased

- Communicate clearly and proactively - if something's unclear or delayed, you say so before the deadline

- You are very detail oriented - you QA everything thoroughly before delivery

- You want a long term, stable, part time position with a small agency who expects excellence but genuinely cares for our people and works with a smile, grace, and sense of humor.

**This Role Is NOT a Good Fit If You...**

- Are just getting started and looking for your first design clients

- Primarily do lifestyle, influencer, or consumer brand content

- Need heavy direction on every project

- Use templates without modification and call it design

- Use AI without heavy human thought and editing

**What We'll Ask to See**

Before any interview, we'll ask you to share:

- Your portfolio - specifically examples of B2B or professional/corporate brand content. If you don't have B2B samples, please be upfront about that.

- Two or three pieces you're personally proud of with a one-sentence note on why for each.

**Tools We Use**

- Whatever design tools you prefer - Adobe Suite, Figma, or Canva

- Descript and/or Opus Clips for video

- Google Drive / Sheets for file management

- Slack or email for communication

**Compensation**
Competitive monthly salary depending on experience. We pay reliably and on time. We're looking for a long-term relationship, not a one-off hire.
