About the role
As a Customer Support Specialist, you are the first point of contact for our customers. You ensure an excellent customer experience by resolving inquiries quickly and professionally. You operate in a fast-paced e-commerce environment and collaborate closely with marketplaces and internal teams.
Key responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via
Work with Gorgias as the primary support tool
Handle orders, returns, and complaints efficiently
Support customers through marketplaces such as
Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements
Collaborate with logistics and operations to resolve cases
Requirements
Mandatory: Proven experience with Gorgias
Mandatory: Experience working for a Dutch e-commerce brand
Experience with
Familiarity with marketplaces like MediaMarkt is a plus
Strong communication skills (Dutch required, English preferred)
Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently and stay organized under pressure
