Customer Service VA (Shopify / E-commerce) – Long Term Position

We are a fast-growing fashion e-commerce business looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service VA to join our team long-term.
We are not just looking for someone to answer emails — we want someone who can grow with us, improve processes, and take ownership.

Your Responsibilities
• Reply to customer emails in a professional and friendly way
• Solve customer issues (shipping, returns, complaints)
• Keep inbox organized and structured
• Think along and suggest improvements in customer experience

Requirements
• Proven experience in customer service (e-commerce preferred)
• Experience with Shopify
• Experience using ChatGPT or AI tools
• Good understanding of supply chain / order flow (big plus)
• Excellent written English
• Detail-oriented and proactive
• Stable internet connection

Work Schedule
• Start: 1 – 1.5 hours per day
• Flexible working hours
