Now Hiring: CRM Support & Implementation Assistant (Remote)
Are you a tech-savvy professional who enjoys solving problems, helping users, and working with CRM systems? We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented CRM Support & Implementation Assistant to join our team.
In this role, you will support users, troubleshoot platform issues, assist with onboarding, and help build CRM solutions that improve business operations and customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and support requests
- Troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related issues
- Conduct onboarding and support calls
- Build and maintain automations, workflows, forms, and landing pages
- Create and update knowledge base articles and training materials
- Record video tutorials and walkthroughs when needed
- Assist with CRM setup, implementation, and optimization projects
- Collaborate with tea
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer support, technical support, virtual assistance, or a related role
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable learning new software and technologies
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CRM platforms
- Experience building automations and workflows
- Familiarity with help desk and project management tools
- SaaS or software support experience
- Experience with websites, forms, funnels, or
