JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing US credit repair organization. We currently have an immediate backlog of 40+ clients requiring FTC Identity Theft reports to be processed today, with a continuous pipeline of new files arriving every week.
We are hiring for an immediate piece-rate gig paying $2.00 - $5.00 per completed client file (rate based on your proven experience and the complexity of the file as some clients may require multiple reports). Because some clients have heavy files requiring multiple reports due to form limitations, you will be compensated per client, not just per report. If you can knock this backlog out efficiently and flawlessly, this will immediately turn into a permanent Part-Time or Full-Time role on our team.
This is an urgent need, so we are seeking an experienced FTC processor who can hit the ground running. While we have detailed SOPs for our specific workflow, the ideal candidate will already be familiar with the platform and standard workarounds.
Please ensure you meet these technical requirements before applying:
• File Handling: You must know how to download and open a .html credit report file directly in an internet browser (like Chrome or Edge) to view the data.
• FTC Workarounds: You must know the standard methods to bypass the FTC website's paste restrictions (such as using the "Inspect Element" tool or browser extensions) to quickly enter large amounts of information into the personal statement area.
• FTC Platform Navigation: You must know to always select "Submit without an account" and how to troubleshoot basic website glitches (like clearing cache).
• High Accuracy: You must be meticulous in verifying names, SSNs, and addresses before submitting.
A Note on Experience: Because this is a time-sensitive backlog, please do not misrepresent your skill set. We are looking for true experience, and your first batch will be a paid test of your speed and accuracy using these methods and could potentially be upgraded to a part-time / full-time VA role.
Please provide work samples if possible.
Thank you!
