JOB OVERVIEW

Looking for someone with **DIRECT, HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE USING AND SETTING UP CREDIT HERO CRM.**

This is not a general CRM position. You must already know how to navigate, configure, and properly set up Credit Hero.
Job to Be Completed

* Complete Credit Hero CRM setup
* Configure company profile and settings
* Set up client intake and onboarding
* Create client stages, statuses, and workflows
* Set up automations and follow-up reminders
* Configure email/text templates
* Organize client records, documents, notes, and tags
* Set up forms and required client information
* Configure users and permissions as needed
* Connect available integrations
* Test the entire CRM setup
* Correct any setup or workflow issues
* Make sure the system is fully organized and ready for daily use

**REQUIREMENT:** Must have previous direct experience setting up **Credit Hero CRM**. Please provide examples of Credit Hero systems you have previously configured or describe your experience with the platform.

**Goal:** Deliver a fully configured, tested, and operational Credit Hero CRM.
