JOB OVERVIEW

Orange Leaf Digital is a content agency building high-converting video for brands across ads, YouTube, and social. We're hiring a versatile video editor to grow with us long-term

This is fully remote, long-term, and built for someone who actually wants to grow with a team and push their craft on every project

How pay works: We pay per project and based on the volume we have coming in right now, that works out to around $1,000 USD/month to start — and it grows as our client roster grows and you take on more (styles vary)

Rates: $30-$60 per short-form video, $100-$200 per long-form video

Ideal Candidate:
You're an editor with creative instinct — you bring a point of view and can make creative decisions. You can also move confidently between styles

* Ability to edit different styles (lifestyle, paid social ads, motion graphics, and long-form educational content)
* Strong storytelling sense — you think about hook, pacing, and retention
* Accountable and self-managing — we never want to chase you for a deadline
* Strong English for understanding briefs and acting on feedback
* You treat every project as a chance to challenge yourself creatively

Not the right fit if: you only do one style or if you need your hand held throughout production. We provide very detailed briefs on Notion, so instructions are always clear

Job Requirements:
* Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro (required)
* Strong command of Adobe After Effects (required)
* Reliable internet and the ability to handle large project files / footage transfers
* Strong written and spoken English
* Available for consistent, ongoing work
* Bonus: experience with AI video tools, specifically Kling and/or Seedance 2.0
