JOB OVERVIEW

About us

Drippl is a performance creative agency. We produce ad creatives at scale for around 15 DTC brands across Europe. Everything runs through a structured system in Notion, with tickets, editors, and pods. We move fast and ship a high volume of creative every single week.

Why we are hiring

With this much volume, things occasionally slip. A ticket gets created and then sits. An editor quietly gets overloaded. A deliverable runs late and nobody notices until the client asks. We need one person whose entire job is to make sure that never happens.

The role

You are the person who watches the whole system, all day, and makes sure nothing gets lost. You are not making the creative. You are tracking it, chasing it, and reporting on it.

Day to day you will:

Keep a live overview of every active ticket and deliverable across all clients
Spot anything overdue or stuck (for example: "this ticket was created 14 days ago and is still not done") and flag it to the editor responsible
Follow up until the ticket moves, politely but persistently
Watch editor workload and tell the founders when someone is carrying too many tickets, so we can hire ahead of the bottleneck instead of after it
Keep the Notion board clean and accurate so it always reflects reality
Send the founders a short daily or weekly summary of what is on track, what is at risk, and what is blocked

You are a good fit if you

Are extremely detail oriented and genuinely bothered when something is late or out of place
Are proactive. You chase, you do not wait to be asked
Communicate clearly and professionally in written English (you will be pinging editors and reporting to founders)
Are comfortable holding people accountable in a friendly but firm way
Are reliable and consistent. This is a "show up every day and keep the system clean" role
Are comfortable following up on people and keeping a strong, accurate overview of output across the whole team

Notion is a must (not optional)

This is a hard requirement. You need strong, real knowledge of:

Notion itself
Notion databases (relations, filters, views, properties)
Notion dashboards

We have built many dashboards in Notion to track the factors that matter most to us, and you will live inside them every day. Beyond tracking, we want someone who knows Notion well enough to help us improve and optimize these dashboards and databases over time. If you only know Notion casually, this is not the role for you.

Bonus points

Experience in a creative agency, marketing team, or any ticket or project based environment
Familiarity with creative or video production workflows
Background as a project coordinator, traffic manager, or operations VA
