JOB OVERVIEW

I'm an independent folk-pop musician looking for a detail-oriented Content Operations Assistant to help turn raw content into consistent social media posts across multiple platforms.

This is not a strategy role! I'm looking for someone who can help execute an existing content vision with excellence and consistency.

Responsibilities:
Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
Add captions, subtitles, and simple graphics
Write engaging social media captions in my voice
Schedule and publish content using a social media management platform (Metricool preferred)
Repurpose content across multiple platforms
Organize and maintain a content library
Maintain a content calendar
Provide a simple weekly report with basic performance metrics

Ideal Candidate:
Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Descript, Adobe Premiere, or similar)
Experience managing content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
Experience using scheduling tools such as Metricool, Buffer, Later, or similar platforms
Strong written English skills
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Able to follow established systems and workflows
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision

Bonus Qualifications:
Experience working with musicians, creators, coaches, or personal brands
Familiarity with folk, singer-songwriter, or acoustic music
Basic graphic design skills
Experience with Notion
