# Community Poll Host – Flexible Part-Time Work + Participation Bonuses
**Only around 2 hours per week | Work from your phone | No sales or calls**
Votari is a mobile voting app available on **iOS and Android**.
We are looking for reliable people to run **two simple, non-political community polls each week** with people they already know.
This is a small, flexible side role that can be completed around your existing work or studies.
### What will you do?
Each week you will:
* Create **2 simple polls** using the Votari app
* Share each poll using a link or QR code
* Invite real people from your own social, work, school, hobby or community groups
* Let people vote
* Take screenshots of the final results
* Submit a simple weekly report
Examples of suitable polls:
* Where should our group eat this weekend?
* Which activity should we organise next?
* What movie should we watch?
* Which day works best for everyone?
* Which design, product or idea does the group prefer?
Votari now supports **open polls**, so participants can join easily from the invitation without needing a poll passcode.
### Pay
You receive **2 paid hours per week** for completing two approved polls.
You can also earn additional paid hours **for each poll individually**, depending on how many real participants vote.
**Bonus per poll:**
* 0–10 votes: No additional bonus
* 11–50 votes: **+1 paid hour**
* 51–99 votes: **+2 paid hours**
* 100+ votes: **+10 paid hours**
For example, if both of your polls receive 30 votes:
* 2 baseline hours
* +1 bonus hour for Poll 1
* +1 bonus hour for Poll 2
* **4 paid hours total**
If one of your polls reaches 100+ genuine voters, that poll alone earns an additional **10 paid hours**.
Paid weekly.
### Who is this suitable for?
This could be a good fit if you:
* Are active in WhatsApp, Messenger,
* Belong to a workplace, university, club, sports group, hobby group or active social circle
* Enjoy organising simple group activities
* Are comfortable using a smartphone
* Can follow straightforward instructions
* Are reliable and responsive
**No previous experience is required.**
### Requirements
* Age 18+
* iPhone or Android smartphone
* Reliable internet connection
* Access to real social or community groups
* Able to complete two polls each week
### Important
This is **not political work**.
You will not be campaigning, selling anything, making calls or persuading people to support political candidates.
The polls are simple everyday group decisions and preferences.

If selected, we will ask you to download Votari, create a test poll and become familiar with the app before you begin.
**We are particularly interested in applicants who already participate in active online or offline communities.**
