JOB OVERVIEW

We run a group of fast-growing Shopify fashion stores selling to the US, UK, Europe and Australia. We are a small, close team of 8 and process thousands of orders per month. We are growing fast and now need someone dedicated to making sure every customer receives a product they are happy with.

The role
You own everything that happens after a customer places an order. Your goal is simple: fewer refunds, fewer disputes and better products. You work closely with our CS team and report to our CS Manager.

Your responsibilities

Analyze refunds, complaints and disputes every week and find which products and suppliers cause them
Maintain a supplier scorecard (quality, delivery time, complaints, price)
Report weekly, with a clear recommendation
Communicate with suppliers and agents about quality issues, sizing and delays
Check product photos, samples and size charts after the first sale.
Monitor order tracking and make sure delivery status is correct in Shopify
Support the CS team with product and supplier information during disputes

Requirements

At least 1 years of experience in e-commerce operations, dropshipping, supply chain or aftersales
Experience with Shopify (required)
Strong with Google Sheets or Excel: you like working with data and spotting patterns
Excellent written English; clear and professional with suppliers
Very detail-oriented and able to work independently
Stable internet connection and a quiet workspace
Bonus: experience with Chinese suppliers or sourcing agents, fashion or apparel products, dispute/chargeback handling

What we offer

Long-term, stable full-time position
Starting rate of $4/hour with real growth potential based on your results
Opportunity for a monthly KPI bonus in the future
A direct line to the owners; your input really changes how we work
Growth opportunity as our stores keep scaling

How to apply
Send us:

A short description of your previous roles: what you did for your past employers and how you grew into a position like this one. If possible, tell us who these employers were and roughly how much revenue they made (for example monthly or yearly), so we can understand the scale you are used to working at
