Position Overview:
We're looking for a driven, healthcare-savvy sales professional to accelerate MedPro Disposal's channel growth and expand our national partner network. In this high-impact, fully remote role, you'll build relationships with healthcare associations, technology platforms, and other strategic partners to drive new business and long-term value — generating qualified leads through high-volume outbound prospecting, solution selling, and demos, while nurturing partner relationships for new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and target healthcare prospects through outbound calls,
Conduct high-volume outreach to uncover pain points and communicate solution value
Build and nurture relationships through the initial stages of the sales cycle; maintain communication with partner channels
Deliver tailored software demos addressing client-specific needs and compliance goals
Overcome objections, present compelling solutions, and win new business
Log all activity and progress in Salesforce, HubSpot, and outreach tools
Collaborate with partners to source new deals, educate them on MedPro's offerings, and provide regular updates
Qualifications:
Required
4–5+ years of healthcare sales experience in a quota-carrying role (required)
Proven ability to prospect, qualify, present, negotiate, and close
Strong verbal and written communication, with the ability to tailor messaging across technical and non-technical audiences
Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM/pipeline tools
Strong time management and ability to juggle multiple deals at once
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
Drive to grow into a senior channel sales role within 12–18 months
Nice-to-Have
Business development or channel sales experience
A natural "hunter" sales mentality
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive hourly rate of $8/hour, based on experience and performance
Full-time role (40 hours/week), Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM CST with weekly pay
