JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring a professional, reliable, and confident cold calling Virtual Assistant from the Philippines to contact U.S. businesses, discuss their health insurance needs, collect renewal dates, and set appointments for our team.

This role is part-time, consistent, and long-term for the right candidate.
You must be comfortable speaking with business owners, HR managers, and decision-makers.

Responsibilities
Make outbound cold calls to U.S. businesses

Follow a simple script to discuss health insurance and gather renewal dates

Set qualified appointments when interest is identified

Update and manage all contact records inside HubSpot CRM

Record call notes, outcomes, and follow-up tasks

Maintain a professional, friendly, and confident tone

Meet daily call volume and accuracy expectations

Requirements
Fluent English with a neutral or light accent

Must submit a voice recording (Vocaroo, Loom, or MP3)

Experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or lead generation

Comfortable working U.S. hours (CST)

Quiet, distraction-free work environment

Reliable high?speed internet (20 Mbps+ recommended)

Ability to follow scripts and instructions

Strong attention to detail

Must be able to work Monday–Friday, 20 hours per week

Preferred (Not Required)
Experience with HubSpot CRM

Experience calling U.S. businesses

Background in insurance, benefits, or healthcare

BPO or call?center experience

Compensation
$3 per hour

Paid weekly

Long-term, stable position for the right candidate
