JOB OVERVIEW

We're a fast-growing Amazon FBA brand (multiple product lines, US marketplace) looking for a full-time VA to own customer service, case management, listing management, and day-to-day operations support. This is a long-term role — we're not looking to fill a seat, we're looking for someone who grows with the business.

YOU'LL HANDLE:
- Customer service: responding to buyer messages, A-to-Z claims, review requests, and negative feedback removal cases
- Seller Central case work: opening, tracking, and escalating support cases (lost inventory, reimbursements, stranded listings, etc.)
- Listing management: creating and updating listings, including bulk uploads using flat-file/inventory templates, variations, and parent/child relationships
- Logistics coordination: tracking inbound shipments, flagging delays, communicating with our 3PL
- Inventory monitoring: alerting on low stock, stockout risk, or suppressed listings
- Administrative tasks: updating spreadsheets, pulling reports, formatting data
- Research tasks as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 2 years experience working with an Amazon FBA seller
- Familiar with Seller Central (cases, inventory, advertising dashboard, business reports)
- Strong written English — your CS responses represent our brand
- Available during US business hours (at least 8AM–4PM EST overlap)
- Reliable internet and a dedicated workspace

TO APPLY — answer these questions (applications without answers will not be reviewed):
1. How many years have you worked directly with an Amazon FBA seller, and which marketplaces (US, UK, etc.)?
2. Walk me through one specific Seller Central case you opened and resolved (e.g., a reimbursement, lost shipment, stranded or suppressed listing) — what was the issue and how did you close it?
3. A customer left a 1-star review: "Arrived broken. Total waste of money." Draft (a) a private message to the buyer and (b) a public response to the review.
4. Confirm your time zone and typical working hours, and whether you can cover an 8AM–4PM EST overlap.
5. Which Amazon tools are you experienced with (Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Seller Central reports, etc.)?
6. How comfortable are you creating and updating listings in bulk using flat-file/inventory templates?
7. What is your expected monthly salary (USD)?
