Join our growing e-commerce company specializing in premium pet supplements and chews. We are dedicated to improving pet health with high-quality, science-backed formulations designed to enhance the well-being of dogs.

Currently, we operate in the USA, with plans to expand into Canada soon. Our goal is to increase subscriptions, launch profitable products and get more rescue dogs care and homes.

Our team is small but mighty, consisting of a finance expert, a few outsourced graphic designers, and some SEO experts.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Amazon Operations Manager to optimize our Amazon presence, streamline operations, and help drive revenue growth.

This role starts as part-time, with the potential to transition to full-time as the business scales.

This is an exciting opportunity to grow with us and take on increasing responsibility as we expand.

Over time, the goal for this position is to evolve into a full-time role with leadership opportunities. As the business grows, you’ll have the chance to build and manage a team, stepping into a management role and playing a key part in shaping the future of our company.

What You’ll Do
Amazon Optimization & Growth
Optimize Product Listings: Conduct keyword research, enhance SEO, and refine product descriptions to improve rankings and conversions.

Manage PPC Campaigns: Lead and optimize Amazon pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, managing bids and analyzing performance to maximize return on investment (ROI).

Monitor & Improve Account Health: Stay ahead of Amazon’s policies, resolve issues, and protect account performance metrics.

Inventory & Supply Chain Management
Coordinate Inventory: Work with suppliers to manage POs and shipping status to prevent stockouts.

Amazon FBA & FBM Oversight: Ensure timely shipments to Amazon fulfillment centers and monitor inbound shipment performance. Use ShipStation and send shipping labels for FBM orders to suppliers.

Reduce Storage Fees: Optimize inventory turnover and manage excess stock through strategic planning.

Competitor & Market Analysis
Track Market Trends: Conduct competitor research to identify pricing, keyword, and marketing trends.

Product Expansion Strategy: Analyze market opportunities to recommend new pet supplement SKUs based on data-driven insights.

Logistics & Operations

Streamline Supply Chain: Research cost-effective shipping solutions and optimize the fulfillment process.

Manage Product Compliance: Ensure all products meet Amazon’s requirements and pet health industry regulations.

Growth & Expansion Support
Walmart, Shopify & TikTok Shop Expansion: Assist in launching and scaling our product offerings on Walmart Marketplace, Shopify, and TikTok Shop.

Future International Opportunities: Support potential international expansion by aligning online and offline sales strategies.

Preferred Skills & Experience
???? Amazon Expertise: 3+ years managing Amazon Seller Central, including SEO, PPC, and inventory management.
???? Analytical Skills: Strong ability to make data-driven decisions based on market trends and competitor insights.
???? Inventory Coordination: Experience working with suppliers and logistics partners to manage stock levels.
???? Pet Industry Knowledge: Understanding of pet supplements, chews, and consumer trends is a plus.
???? International & E-commerce Experience: Background in Shopify, Walmart Marketplace TikTok Shop, or international strategy is a bonus.
???? Software Experience: Background using tools such as Sellerboard, Zonguru, Helium 10, DataDive, Scale Insights
