We are hiring an experienced Amazon Catalog Specialist to support a U.S.-based company that works with national consumer brands.
This is a fully remote, full-time role for someone who has strong hands-on experience managing Amazon catalog work across both Seller Central and Vendor Central. The right person should be detail-oriented, organized, comfortable with flat files, and able to follow catalog tasks through until they are fully completed and live on Amazon.
This role is focused mainly on Amazon catalog execution, listing maintenance, flat files, variations, and troubleshooting. PPC experience is not required.
Responsibilities
Create, update, and maintain Amazon product listings using flat files
Upload and manage product details, content, images, videos, A+ content, and Brand Store modules
Audit listings for missing or inaccurate information, variation issues, catalog errors, and stranded inventory
Troubleshoot catalog and compliance issues, including product document submissions and Amazon Support follow-ups
Track tasks in
Requirements
Previous hands-on Amazon catalog experience across both Seller Central and Vendor Central
Strong experience with Amazon flat files, listing variations, parent/child relationships, and catalog updates
High attention to detail, strong proofreading skills, and ability to check work carefully
Organized, reliable, and able to manage tasks from start to completion while working remotely
Strong English communication skills and proficiency with Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
