JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing European toy brand selling on marketplaces such as Amazon and ---------- . We are looking for an exceptionally detail-oriented, intelligent, highly organized, and proactive person to become the founder’s right hand in daily operations.

This is a long-term role for someone who enjoys ownership, loves precision, solves problems independently, and genuinely enjoys operational work.

We are not looking for a simple virtual assistant.

We are looking for someone who enjoys making things run smoothly, spotting mistakes others miss, improving systems, and executing work at a very high standard.

You will gradually take over important daily responsibilities and help build a world-class e-commerce operation.

What You Will Do
E-commerce Marketplace Operations
Manage and support Amazon and ---------- accounts
Monitor listings and solve marketplace issues
Upload and optimize product listings
Check listings for mistakes, inconsistencies, and opportunities
Help maintain account health and marketplace performance
Monitor competitors and marketplace trends
Keep things organized and running smoothly
AI Listing Creation & Optimization
Use AI tools such as ChatGPT to create and improve listings
Write strong product titles, bullet points, descriptions, and keywords
Improve product pages and conversion rates
Generate ideas to improve content, structure, and presentation
Work efficiently using AI tools and smart workflows
Operations & Quality Control
Help take over daily operational tasks from the founder
Maintain systems, check details, and prevent mistakes
Follow up on important tasks and ensure nothing gets missed
Improve workflows and processes
Spot problems before they become problems
Customer Support & Communication
Handle customer messages professionally
Solve problems independently
Escalate important situations when needed
Communicate clearly and professionally in English
