AI Architect Goddard Strategies | Full-Time | Remote

About the Role
Goddard Strategies is looking for an AI Architect to lead the design, development, and ongoing management of AI-powered solutions across client projects and internal operations. This is a hands-on, strategic role — you'll be expected to both architect solutions and build them.

What You'll Do
Design and implement AI workflows, automations, and chatbot systems for clients across various industries
Build and maintain internal AI tooling that powers Goddard's service delivery
Develop and integrate APIs to connect AI systems with third-party platforms and data sources
Define workflow strategy — how AI solutions are structured, sequenced, and scaled
Monitor deployed systems for performance, reliability, and accuracy — and fix what breaks
Translate business problems into scalable AI solutions from discovery through deployment
Collaborate with clients directly to define scope, requirements, and outcomes
Stay ahead of emerging AI capabilities and integrate them into our offerings

What You Bring
Strong coding ability — Python, JavaScript, or similar; you're comfortable writing and debugging real code
Deep experience working with APIs — REST, webhooks, authentication, and data handling
Hands-on with workflow automation platforms such as n8n, Make, or Zapier
Experience with LLM APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI, etc.) in production environments
Ability to build monitoring and maintenance processes that keep systems running reliably
Workflow strategy mindset — you think about how systems scale, break, and get maintained, not just how they launch
Clear communicator who can translate technical work to non-technical clients and stakeholders
Self-directed — you own problems end to end without hand-holding

Nice to Have
Experience with Supabase, vector databases, or RAG architectures
Background in marketing technology or agency environments
Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or CRM integrations
