JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a creative and experienced AI Animation Video Editor to join our team and produce high-quality animated content across marketing, education, and social media.

This role will start at approximately 20–25 hours per week, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position for the right person.

Council Approval Group operates across three connected brands in the property development space. Council Approval Group provides town planning and development approvals that turn project ideas into council-approved outcomes. MicroDeveloper delivers education and resources focused on practical, real-world property development strategies. Impact Mastermind is a high-level investor and developer community focused on strategy, collaboration, and executing real property deals.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Create short-form AI-animated videos (Reels, Shorts, ads, explainer content)
Use AI tools and workflows to generate animations and visual content
Edit and combine AI-generated and real footage into engaging stories
Add subtitles, sound design, transitions, and visual enhancements
Collaborate with the team to develop creative concepts and ideas
Continuously improve video quality, storytelling, and output style

We’re Looking For Someone Who:
Proven experience in AI animation or AI-driven video creation
Strong portfolio of AI animation work
Good storytelling ability and understanding of pacing and engagement
Comfortable working with evolving AI tools and creative workflows
Able to work independently and take initiative
Reliable, good communicator, detail-oriented, and looking for a long-term role

Nice to Have:
Experience in marketing, ads, or social media content creation
Background in motion graphics or traditional video editing
Understanding of short-form content trends (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts)
