We are a fast-growing dropshipping brand focused on scaling winning products through high-converting creatives. We’re looking for a skilled Ads Creative Editor who understands what makes people stop scrolling and click.
This role is ideal for someone who understands short-form content, direct-response marketing, and knows how to turn simple product footage into engaging, scroll-stopping ads.
Responsibilities
Create engaging video ads (15–60 seconds) for
Edit multiple variations of ads for testing different hooks and angles
Add captions, sound effects, music, and motion graphics
Source additional content such as UGC or stock footage when needed
Follow creative briefs while also contributing new ideas
Optimize creatives based on performance feedback
Requirements
Experience editing ads for eCommerce or dropshipping brands
Strong understanding of what makes a high-converting ad
Skilled in tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar
Ability to create strong hooks within the first few seconds
Familiar with TikTok-style and UGC-style content
Fast turnaround and ability to deliver consistently
Nice to Have
Experience with winning Meta ads
Basic understanding of ad performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS)
Copywriting skills for hooks and scripts
