JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a Zoho Recruit expert to audit, clean up, and rebuild our system.

This is not a training role — we need someone who already knows the platform inside out and can execute with minimal guidance.

Scope includes:
Full system audit (workflows, pipelines, fields, automation)
Cleanup of unused or conflicting setup
Designing a clean, scalable recruitment workflow
Rebuilding automation and standardizing templates
Delivering clear documentation
The project follows a structured outline with defined phases and deliverables .

Requirements:
Proven experience with Zoho Recruit (advanced level)
Strong understanding of automation, workflows, and system architecture
Ability to work independently and proactively flag issues
Can translate business processes into clean system design
If you need step-by-step instructions or constant supervision, this role is not a fit.
