JOB OVERVIEW

**Zoho Implementation Specialist (Expert)**
Full-time | Remote | CST Time Zone | Near-perfect English required

We need an experienced Zoho implementer to build and tighten our Zoho stack — not a general VA.
You will own setup, configuration, and ongoing improvement across websites, HR, accounting, CRM, and recruiting.

***********This is a full Zoho implementation, not a one-app setup. *****************

You will help guide us through onboarding and train our team on the systems/setup you build.

That includes:
Mapping how we work today - Create a SOW / Scope doc for the implementation.
Recommending the right Zoho apps and structure
Building the live system
Walking us through use, not just handing over logins
Creating simple SOPs / training notes so staff can run it after go-live
Staying available for fixes and refinement after launch

Also add these practical lines so you don’t get generic VA applications:

Must have implemented at least 3 of these end-to-end: Zoho Sites/portal, Commerce/subscriptions, People/HR, Books/accounting, CRM, Recruit
First paid trial: 3–5 days on one module (we’ll pick CRM, Books, or People) before any long-term hire
You will work directly with the owner and must explain recommendations in plain English

**What you will implement and maintain**

This is a complete implementation of Zoho including: chat, email, domain transfer, voice/phone, website, cliq, HR, recruit, work tickets with creator etc. etc. etc.

**Website**
- Zoho Sites / related stack with customer portal
- Ecommerce with subscription services

**HR**
- Policies configured in the system, including:
- PTO payout on termination
- Dress code
- Absences / attendance rules
- Related workflows, approvals, and employee records

**Accounting**
- Chart of accounts
- Vendors
- Payment portal
- RFQ process
- Multi-location clients / billing structure

**CRM**
- Contacts organized by facility / location
- Clean facility-level records and related workflows

**Recruiting**
- Application process
- Onboarding and training workflows

**Must-have**
- Near-perfect spoken and written English
- Proven expert-level Zoho implementation (not basic data entry)
- Can show live examples or a portfolio of Zoho work you personally built
- Comfortable documenting processes and training others
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

**Strong plus**
- Zoho Creator
- Zoho Voice
- Experience with subscriptions, customer portals, multi-location businesses, or healthcare / service operations
