JOB OVERVIEW

We are currently looking for a CRM and Automations Specialist for our client, Growth Machine.

Growth Machine embeds high-performance revenue systems inside growing professional services and SAAS businesses by aligning strategy, sales coaching, outbound sales campaigns, funnel optimisation, CRM architecture, marketing and automation into one cohesive Growth Machine.

This role exists to ensure our clients’ CRM infrastructure is clean, strategic, scalable, and directly enabling stronger pipeline visibility, higher conversion rates, and reduced revenue leakage.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct CRM audits (Zoho & GoHighLevel)
Architect CRM consolidations and migrations
Map and import large datasets with precision
Build pipelines and automation sequences
Segment databases and structure lifecycle flows
Maintain CRM documentation and architecture maps
Provide strategic recommendations to Lead Strategist
Maintain system integrity inside live CRM environments

Required Experience & Credentials
Minimum 5 years hands-on experience working with Zoho CRM
Minimum 2 years hands-on experience working with GoHighLevel
Proven experience migrating and consolidating CRM accounts
Demonstrated experience building automation at scale
Present relevant certifications or credentials (Zoho, GHL, automation platforms if available)
Strong portfolio or case studies of previous CRM builds

Technical Competencies
Advanced Zoho and GoHighLevel CRM configuration and architecture
Advanced Zoho and GoHighLevel automation systems
Field mapping and large dataset migration
Pipeline design and lifecycle automation
Automation debugging and QA testing
Integration tools such as Zapier, Make, or n8n
