am looking for a detail-oriented Zoho Books specialist to manage my business accounting. We have very low transaction volume, so I am looking for a fixed-price partnership rather than hourly billing. My primary goal is 100?curacy in expense tracking and a clean, automated setup.
Scope of Work (Fixed Monthly Deliverables):
Initial Cleanup (Month 1): Review and optimize the Chart of Accounts for investment sales/PPM structure. Sync all bank feeds.
Monthly Categorization: Ensure every single expense is categorized correctly (no "uncategorized" items).
Receipt Management: Monitor the Zoho Receipt inbox to ensure all digital receipts match the bank transactions.
Monthly Reconciliation: Reconcile all bank and credit card statements by the 5th of each month.
Monthly Report: Send a brief P&L summary and a "Missing Receipts" list once a month.
Requirements:
Expertise in Zoho Books is non-negotiable. (Please do not apply if you only know QuickBooks).
Experience setting up Bank Rules and Automated Workflows in Zoho.
Background in Accounting or Bookkeeping (CPA preferred but not required).
High attention to detail—you must be someone who catches the "small things."
