JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for talented YouTube thumbnail designers who can bring our creative ideas to life for our **Instant Karma / viral compilation channels**.

You won’t need to research or come up with the concepts yourself. We’ll provide the ideas, reference thumbnails, video clips, screenshots, and frames you’ll need. Your job is to take inspiration from the references we provide — including composition, facial expressions, camera angles, backgrounds, action, and overall concept — and adapt them into highly clickable thumbnails for each video.

Make sure to carefully study the examples we attach below.

You should be experienced with **YouTube thumbnails, Photoshop/design tools, photo manipulation, and the latest AI image-generation/editing tools**. We don’t care exactly which tools you use. What matters is your ability to produce extremely high-quality, realistic thumbnails and accurately execute the concepts we provide.

**AI will be mandatory.** You should be confident using AI to change poses, facial expressions, characters, backgrounds, camera angles, and other elements while still making the final thumbnail look believable and natural.

The biggest focus is **clickability**. Thumbnails should instantly communicate what is happening, have a clear cause-and-effect or confrontation, strong emotion, and be easy to understand even at a small size.

This is a **long-term position** with a large amount of consistent work available. We operate multiple YouTube channels, so there will be plenty of thumbnails available for the right designer.
