JOB OVERVIEW

YouTube Video Editor – Real Estate | $50 Per Video | Long-Term

We are looking for a talented and reliable YouTube video editor based in the Philippines to work with us on a long-term basis.

I am a real estate broker in Florida building a YouTube channel focused on real estate, luxury homes, communities, local developments, market updates, and seller-focused content.

We are looking for an editor who understands how to make professional, engaging long-form YouTube videos that hold attention and feel polished without being over-edited.

What You’ll Be Editing

Most videos will be approximately 8–15 minutes long and will primarily include:

Talking-head footage
Clean jump cuts
B-roll throughout the video
Maps and location graphics
Photos and screenshots
News articles and website screenshots
Property footage
Text overlays
Simple motion graphics
Background music
Sound effects where appropriate
Zooms and other subtle editing techniques to keep the video engaging

The overall goal is a clean, modern YouTube style with strong pacing and viewer retention.

Reference Style

We will provide examples of YouTube channels and videos that show the exact type of editing we are looking for.

You should be capable of matching that overall level of editing, pacing, B-roll placement, graphics, and presentation.

What We Provide

We will provide:

Raw talking-head footage
Video topic, script, or outline
Branding direction
Reference videos
Property footage and B-roll when available
Feedback and direction during the initial videos

You should also be comfortable finding appropriate:

Stock footage
Images
Maps
Screenshots
News articles
Other supporting visuals

when needed to make the video more engaging.

Compensation

$50 USD per completed video

We expect to begin with approximately 2 videos per week, with the opportunity for more work as the channel grows.

This is intended to be a long-term position, not a one-time project.

What We’re Looking For

You should have:

Experience editing long-form YouTube videos
Strong understanding of YouTube pacing and viewer retention
Experience with Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software
Ability to add B-roll, text, graphics, music, sound effects, and supporting visuals
Good English comprehension
Strong attention to detail
Good communication
Reliable internet and availability
Ability to meet deadlines consistently
Ability to complete most videos within approximately 2–3 days
IMPORTANT: YouTube Experience Required

We specifically want editors who have already edited real YouTube videos for actual channels.

When applying, you MUST provide direct links to 3–5 actual YouTube videos that you personally edited.
