# YouTube Thumbnail Designer - Ongoing Position

## About the Role
We're looking for a creative thumbnail designer to create eye-catching, click-worthy thumbnails for our YouTube channel. This is an ongoing position with consistent work for the right designer who can deliver compelling designs that drive views while maintaining a professional aesthetic.

## Project Details
- **Volume**: 1-2 thumbnails per week (ongoing)
- **Turnaround**: 24-48 hours per thumbnail
- **Style**: Clean, professional, and attention-grabbing
- **Revisions**: Unlimited revisions until we're 100% satisfied with the final design

## What You'll Be Working With
- Video content and key frames to work from
- Brand guidelines and color schemes
- Video titles and key messaging points
- Creative direction for each video's theme

## Required Skills & Responsibilities
- **Visual Design**: Create compelling, high-impact thumbnail designs that stand out in YouTube feeds
- **Typography**: Strong text hierarchy and readable, bold typography that works at small sizes
- **Color Theory**: Understanding of contrast, color psychology, and visual appeal
- **Photo Editing**: Advanced skills in image manipulation, retouching, and compositing
- **Brand Consistency**: Maintain cohesive visual style across all thumbnails while keeping each unique
- **Click Optimization**: Design with YouTube algorithm and viewer psychology in mind

## Technical Requirements
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design software
- Understanding of YouTube thumbnail specifications (1280x720px, under 2MB)
- Experience with photo manipulation and compositing techniques
- Ability to work with provided assets (video stills, logos, brand elements)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful YouTube thumbnail designs
